Julie Moffitt Ballet School is a family of positive, committed, successful team members. We've been serving dancers of all ages in Pleasant View and the surrounding area since 1996. Since then, JMBS has excelled at providing a well-rounded quality dance education with a strong foundation in ballet technique while maintaining a positive, friendly, non-competitive atmosphere.

Creative Dance

As the beginning foundation of dance movement for children ages 3 1/2 to 5 1/2, creative dance teaches self expression, movement exploration, musicality, rhythm, and coordination in a fun, play-based class.

Pre-Ballet

Children ages 5 1/2 to 7 are ready for the pre-ballet & tap program. Creative dance skills are further enhanced at this level as their creativity and self-expression skills develop.

Ballet I

At 8 years old, students are ready to be introduced to a traditional ballet class. They will continue to develop artistry and technique as they blossom into beautiful ballet dancers. They will also keep working on their tap skills.
