Ashlee grew up in Farr West, Utah where she attended JMBS from age 4 until she graduated high school in 2019, dance was what her life was all about. While at JMBS Ashlee had the opportunity to perform multiple solo/lead roles in Nutcrackers and in the production of Sleeping Beauty. She was also able to perform in Ballet West’s production of the Nutcracker. She attended the University of Utah’s summer ballet intensive, as well as other workshops and trainings.

After high school Ashlee lived in Edmonton Canada for 15 months while she served a church mission. She then went on to attend Utah Valley University where she began her Elementary Education program. After getting married, she continued her education online while teaching 6th & 7th grade at a local middle school.

After having her first baby, Ashlee felt like she needed to bring dance back into her life and began working at JMBS assisting and working in the office. Once her second baby was born, she felt she was ready for more!

Her teaching experience began as a young adult through the student teacher program, she completed 6 years. She loves teaching children, especially dance, and is very excited to be fully invested at the studio!
